Strawberry Cake Recipe
Double unfilled round sponge cake
Cream cheese softened
Strawberries, hulled, sliced
Pure icing sugar
Take sponge cake layers one above other on a chopping board and align them properly ( Make sure they don’t slip over while chopping ). Using heart-shaped cutter cut 3 hearts from each cake. Heart cutter is easily available in the departmental store. You can use any other shape to cut the cake. Using a sharp knife gently split each and every heart in half.
Use an electric mixer to grind out the cream cheese. Add cream and vanilla. Grind it continuously until mixture thickens. Keep on grinding till you get the smooth texture.
Spread cream cheese mixture over sponge cake layers. You can spread cream cheese between the cake layers with strawberry slices. Take jam in a bowl. After 100 degrees heating for 30 sec will give you liquid jam. Spread a spoon of warm jam over strawberries.

Chocolate Tart Recipe
It’s time to treat your valentine with delicious chocolate tart topped with juicy raspberries.
Icing sugar mixture
Raspberries, to serve
Thin cream, to serve
Chocolate custard filling
Dark chocolate, chopped
Take butter, flour, icing sugar with cocoa powder and almond meal in bowl and process it through the food processor until the whole mixture looks like fine breadcrumbs.
In fine solution add egg yolk and keep it for another process. Shape the mixture into a disc or any other shape. Cover it with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes to rest.
Preheat oven to 200°C for approx 30 sec to 40 sec. Roll the pastry mixture on a lightly floured surface to a 4mm-thick disc or any other shape disc. Use a sharp knife to chop off the edges. Again place in the fridge for 15 minutes to rest.
Place the tart tin on the oven tray. Mix pastry with baking paper and fill with rice or beans you can go ahead with extra add-ons as per your likes. Bake the mixture in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 160°C and heat it for another 5 mins.
Meanwhile, let’s concentrate on making the filling, mix the yolks, custard powder and sugar in a saucepan. Fill the mixture with the chocolate, smooth cream and milk, and place over low heat. Heat it for another 5 minutes or until chocolate melts and mixture becomes smooth.
Pour the chocolate custard mixture into the pastry case. Give a heat for 20 mins and place it in a fridge to chill.
